Home/Resources/3-minute self-assessment

How modern is your company's telecom?

In about three minutes, see where your voice, network, security and IT are strong, where you are exposed, and what newer technology would actually change. Owner-led, vendor-neutral, no obligation.

What the scorecard does

It asks a short set of questions across the four disciplines we advise on, then grades what you have against what is available now. No account, no download, no sales call to start.

The value is not the letter grade. It is the prioritized list underneath it - what to fix first, what can wait a budget cycle, and what is already fine.

How it works

1

Answer the questions

About three minutes covering voice, network, security, and IT across your locations. Plain-language questions, no jargon quiz.

2

Get an instant grade

You see where you stand as soon as you finish, by discipline, so it is obvious which area is dragging the score.

3

Get the prioritized fix list

A ranked list of what to address first, with what newer technology would actually change for each item.

4

Talk it through, or do not

If you want a human read on the results, Jonathan reviews them personally. If you want to take the list to your existing partner instead, that works too.

What it covers

01

Voice

Whether your phone system, contact center, and any remaining copper lines are current or overdue.

02

Network

Connectivity and failover at every address, and whether the design still matches how you operate.

03

Security

The controls auditors and cyber insurers ask for, and which ones you can actually evidence.

04

IT

Whether you have a roadmap and a budget, or a series of reactions to whatever broke last.

Common questions

Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. You get the grade and the list at the end whether or not you ask for a call.
How long does it really take?
About three minutes if you know your environment. Longer if you have to go look something up, which is itself a useful finding.
What happens to my answers?
They stay yours. We work under NDA as a matter of course and we do not sell or share what you enter.
Is this useful if I already have an MSP?
Yes. Plenty of people run it to grade the partner they already have, and that is a fair use of it.
What does it cost?
Nothing, and there is no advisory fee if you go further. Carriers pay us the residual when a client picks a provider.
Telecom Scorecard

Ten questions. About three minutes.

An honest read on where your voice, network, security, and vendor stack actually stand - scored, with the gaps we would prioritize. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for the written summary at the end.

  • No signup, no email required to see your score
  • Graded against what we see across 1,000+ locations
  • Specific findings, not a sales pitch
