When we are not the right fit.

Vendor-neutral cuts both ways. If we are not the best answer for your situation, we will say so. Here is when that is the case.

We would rather tell you upfront

Trust starts with what we will not pretend to be.

We turn away work that is not a fit, because a forced engagement helps no one.

Our model only works when clients stay for the long run. A client who should never have signed does not stay, so the incentive to oversell is not there.

When another option may serve you better

Six cases. We will say so.

01

A single small office

If you run one location with simple needs, a good local provider may serve you well without an advisor in the middle.

02

You want one company to own and operate it all

We source and oversee, then hold partners accountable. If you want a single MSP that resells and runs its own stack end to end, that is a different model.

03

Daily on-site desktop hands

We coordinate field techs and partners, but we are not a walk-the-floor helpdesk staffing your front desk.

04

Your contracts are mid-term and working

If you are locked in for a few more years and genuinely happy, wait for renewal. We will set the reminder and revisit then.

05

Cheapest price at any cost

We optimize for value and reliability, not rock-bottom on a consumer-grade circuit at a business-critical site.

06

You are happy with what you have

If nothing is broken and nothing is renewing, there is no reason to change. We will be here when something does.

The businesses we serve well

Multi-location, independent advice, a trigger event.

01

Multi-location and mid-market

Two sites or forty, in Ohio or across the country. The more locations and vendors, the more an advisor saves you.

02

You want independent advice

You are tired of carrier reps and vendor finger-pointing and want someone on your side of the table.

03

Facing a renewal, audit, or expansion

A trigger event — a contract ending, a failed audit, a new site — is exactly when neutral advice pays off.

Signs it is worth a conversation

None of these require you to switch anything today.

If we are not a fit

What happens next

Will you point me somewhere else?
Yes. If we are not the best fit for something, we will tell you who is.
Can we start small?
Sure. One site, one renewal, one problem. Plenty of long relationships started that way.
What if we are mid-contract everywhere?
We track your renewal calendar and revisit six months before each one, no cost in the meantime.
Does turning down work actually happen?
It does, and it is on this page for a reason. Our model only pays off if clients stay.
