Our role as an advisor

Buckeye Telecom is an independent, vendor-neutral technology advisor. We help you choose, source, and manage voice, network, security, and IT.

Service contracts are between you and the provider. We negotiate them, read them, and hold providers accountable, but we are not the provider of record.

SLA and credit information

Any SLA figures or credit estimates shown on this site are based on terms stated in each carrier's published service-level agreement and are informational only.

SLA terms vary by product, region, and contract, and change over time. Always verify the specific terms of your agreement with your provider before acting. Buckeye Telecom is not a law firm and does not provide legal or financial advice.

SMS terms

Program name: Buckeye Telecom SMS, operated by Buckeye Telecom of Ohio Inc.

What you will receive: Text messages from our team about your inquiry, quotes and proposals, scheduled calls and reminders, and updates on services we are sourcing or managing for you. These are conversational messages sent by a real person on our team.

How you opt in: Check the optional SMS consent box on our address check form and enter your mobile number, or send a text to 614-224-2003, the same number that rings Jonathan and the team 24x7. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on your inquiry and the work in progress.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You may receive one final message confirming the opt out, and no further texts after that unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 614-224-2003 or sales@buckeyetelecom.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared or sold. See our Privacy Policy.
