Home/Resources/One advisor, multi-location

One advisor for voice, network, security, and IT - across every location

Most multi-location businesses run on a patchwork of 8-15 vendors and nobody owns the whole picture. We are the single vendor-neutral advisor who does.

The patchwork nobody owns

When voice, network, security, and IT each have their own vendors, the gaps between them become your problem. Separate carriers, MSPs, and point tools, each with its own contract, invoice, and support line.

When something breaks between systems, every vendor points at the other one. Contracts auto-renew on their schedule rather than yours, and nobody is benchmarking the market on your behalf. That is not a vendor problem. It is a structure problem.

Common questions

Does one advisor mean one vendor?
No. You may still have several providers - that is often the right answer. What changes is that one independent advisor selects them, holds them accountable, and consolidates the reporting.
What does this cost?
No advisory fee. Carriers and platforms pay us a residual when you choose one. The rate varies by provider - ask what any shortlist pays us and we will tell you.
Who owns the contracts?
You do. Every contract is in your name. If we stop earning the relationship, you leave and keep your services.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. Most engagements start with one discipline or one renewal window and expand as contracts come up naturally.
How big does a company need to be?
We work with multi-location business in Ohio, nationwide, and worldwide. The common thread is multiple sites and too many vendors, not a headcount number.
Is the owner really involved?
Jonathan has led Buckeye for 23 years and is in every engagement. You are not handed to a junior rep after you sign.
