Home/Renewal window

The notice window closes before the contract does.

Contract is up. Do not let the carrier roll you. Ninety days is the usual notice window — that is already on the homepage, and it is not a guarantee for every carrier. Send the current bill and the term or end date. We map options before auto-renew. You keep the contracts.

What we do with the bill

Map options before auto-renew. You keep the contracts.

Jonathan reads the term, the notice language, and what you are paying. Then we map what we can quote before the window closes. We do not guarantee a cheaper rate, a faster circuit, or a date the carrier will move. We do put the options in front of you while you still have a choice.

01

Send the current bill

PDF to jeubanks@buckeyetelecom.com. Use the form for name, company, and term date. Same person either way.

02

Term / end date

The date on the contract, not the date the bill is due. If you only have one of those, send what you have.

03

We map options

Against providers we can quote. Written, not a signed replacement and not a speed guarantee.

04

You keep the contracts

$0 advisory. Carriers pay. Paper stays in the client name. How we get paid.

Do not let the carrier roll you.

Usual notice window is 90 days. Not every carrier. Send the bill before the window is gone.
