No. The carriers pay us as an outside sale/support firm. We are paid a residual from your order, so its crucial to keep you happy throughout the life of the contract.
Can you quote/support companies across the US?

Are the quotes you give the same as the direct reps?
Yes. We use the same system that they do to pull quotes. Most of the time we come in lower because we have access to multiple providers to complete the demand.
Do you help with Moves, Adds, Changes on orders?
Yes. Our staff can help with any of these. You have the option to communicate with us, or the provider for any of them.
How long has Buckeye Telecom been in business?
Buckeye Telecom was incorporated in 2003. We recently became a minority owned business in 2017.
